By using the marinetraffic.org website, our mobile applications, premium services or other information provided as part of the Marine Traffic services (collectively “Marine Traffic” or the “Service”), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Marine Traffic Limited, based on the terms below and the Marine Traffic Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Terms”) in full. Marine Traffic provides graphical and textual statistical information about events and goods related to all aspects of life described in section Category of this website but not limited thereto.
The information comes from the Google Trends service.

(2) Use of Services
Registered users of marinetraffic.org are able to use certain additional services and extra data, according to their subscription plan.
During your registration you will be asked to provide your name and e-mail address, which will be deemed to be of your own exclusive property or in your legitimate possession or use.

(7) Analyses Packages and Preliminary Review
Analyses packages have no deadline for their use. You have 2 weeks unlimited access to the website link of the particular analysis that you have paid after generating it. Generated analyses are automatically saved and will be available in your account menu indefinitely unless you delete them yourself. Please review sample previews provided under each padlocked analysis as a PDF file and an online weblink of all analyses types in your interest before buying any of the analyses packages listed in the price list above using the buttons 'VIEW SAMPLE' and 'DOWNLOAD SAMPLE'. (8) Disclaimer
Ship info reports, fleet analysis, company analyses, address analyses, technical specifications, tonnages, management details, addresses, classification society data and all other relevant statistics are derived from Marine Traffic database. The data is for informational purposes only and Marine Traffic is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of data reported above herein.

(9) Prices
All prices for digital services, digital documents, ship info reports, fleet analyses, company analyses, address analyses and alike, provided in www.marinetraffic.org are subject to change before prior notice.

(10) Limited warranties
The information provided by Marine Traffic is for general informational purposes only. All information on Marine Traffic is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on Marine Traffic. We do not commit to ensuring that the Service remains available or that the material on the Marine Traffic is kept up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms, if you breach these Terms in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you. In case of malicious activities like scraping information from this website we reserve the right to refuse service and to block permanently such users, subscribers and alike.
