In this respect if a client purchased an analysis credit package for example for 10 credits and he wants to be refunded at the time he used already 3 credits from the 10 credits package, then the amount to be refunded will be calculated as per the remaining cost of the credits which contains 5 credits and not 10 because the discounted unit price for the 6 to 10 credits package range is lower than that of the unit price for the 2 to 5 credits package range.
